Klaio is a Software as a Service (SaaS) that provides a personal AI assistant to executives and leaders. By accessing and using Klaio, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. The service is provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind.
The Klaio service is offered at a rate of 290 euros per month for each AI agent. The subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel your account before the renewal date. Fees are billed directly to your registered payment method.
You agree to use Klaio in accordance with all applicable laws and not to use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to hack, modify, or disable the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are fully responsible for the content you provide to your Klaio AI agent, including data, instructions, and information. You are responsible for ensuring that the content does not violate the rights of others and is not illegal. Klaio cannot be held liable for content you generate or for decisions you make based on advice from your agent.
Klaio is provided as an online service and may be subject to disruptions, errors, or interruptions. Altava does not guarantee that the service will operate without error or without interruption. We disclaim any responsibility for data loss, indirect damages, or any other loss arising from your use of the service.
You may cancel your Klaio subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for fees already paid. After termination, you will lose access to your AI agent and all associated data.
Altava reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these terms. Altava is not liable to you or any third party for terminating your access to the service.
The Klaio service, including all software, designs, and content, is the intellectual property of Altava. You do not have the right to copy, modify, or reproduce the service without explicit written permission. Your access to the service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license.
These terms of service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of European courts.
